I was visiting my neighbour when her ocean view painting absolutely stopped me in my tracks. The way the water was captured transported me straight to the shoreline of Haida Gwaii. In that moment, I knew I needed a Whitt painting of my own. I don’t think I even made it through my front door before messaging Andy to ask if he had any pieces available.
From the very first message, Andy was incredibly easy to deal with—kind, responsive, and so accommodating. He sent me photos of completed works as well as pieces still in progress, and choosing just one was nearly impossible because I wanted them all. In the end, I went with the one my heart kept returning to.
